I'm passionate in building and shaping products and features to deliver great customer experiences with a bias for getting things done. I'm currently based out of Melbourne, Australia.

who am i?

I'm a technical business analyst by trade, and I'll happily jump into technical discussions with engineers and architects or put on a creative hat to co-design with designers. Currently, I'm exploring the potential of LLMs to enhance product and engineering productivity.

I am also a product owner who helps guide the team to deliver the best possible product, using data driven decision making to plan and prioritise features.

I have experience breaking down very complex products and features into easily understood deliverables and shipping them too. I'm experienced in delivering customer value using agile methodologies like scrum and kanban.

Outside of work, I'm passionate about photography, audio gear, playing simulator games, and picking up new (coding) languages like Go and TypeScript.

OpsTool

A collection of Python scripts developed at work to assist the operations team by automatically retrieving user data from a csv list and performs predefined actions on the response for reporting.

Surfshark SmartDNS Updater

A Python and Bash script that enables users with a Dynamic IP to automatically update the allowlisted IP for Surfshark's smart DNS service.
